My approach to fitness and wellness has 3 parts. I want to learn more about you, the person I’m coaching, your habits, goals and whys. From there, we determine the best application of exercises and training modalities/techniques that will help you get started towards achieving the best possible version of yourself. Then I will be your person, the one who keeps you honest and accountable through out this beautiful process. There are no short cuts, just learning more about yourself and making improvements to best suit you.
